Most of us already know that how important is it to stay hydrated during summer.
But did you know that you can easily get dehydrated during winters too??
Most of us reduce water intake during winter because we don't feel thirsty or sweat.But reminding the fact that our body is mostly made up of water, that is about 60% we need to stay hydrated regardless of the time of year.
Thirst which is an early indicator of dehydration during summer turns to be the late indicator in winter.During winter symptoms like
1. Chapped lips
2.Dry skin
3.Mild headache
4.Dry hair
5.Acne
are the indicators of dehydration.
